話說冬天來臨實在沒辦法吃生菜沙拉了
請問蔬果類 除了烤蘋果跟烤櫻桃外 還有什麼不錯的烹調變化阿
(我試過烤橘子跟楊桃 可惜各人覺得很噁)
另外生菜(萵苣類)聽說其實維他命C並不高
所以還是要多吃黃綠蔬菜 像是菠菜角瓜累的嗎
