關於反手單槓 - 健身

大概一個月前開始練
每天:
1.仰臥起坐40下
2.10磅啞鈴手心向上舉40下(練二頭肌)
3.握力器每天左右手各300下
每個禮拜至少跑3次3000(減重)
目前反手在單槓上大概可以吊個45~50秒
但是還沒有上去過0.0"
想請問板上大大,若是只練反手的話
Q1.還有什麼地方要再加強的嗎?
Q2.我大概爬了一下資料,我是否應該:
A.一樣自然吊著,久了自然會上去?
B.拿椅子或挑矮一點的單槓,先讓自己脖子過槓,再慢慢降下?
C.改讓手臂先呈90度撐住?
D.第1下用跳的,拉上後降至90度再往上拉?
或是有其他更好的方法?
