不論重訓還是有氧
呼吸都是相當重要的
各個運動員都很重視呼吸
甚至根據個人特質創造出各種流派
從最一開始的日之呼吸
延伸出火水風土雷之呼吸,又再延伸出如霞,獸,蟲之呼吸的
呼吸方式,強身健體,延年益壽,甚至能斬殺惡鬼
搭配日輪刀更是妙不可言
.....好以上全是鬼扯
我想問的是,重訓的時候,大家會憋氣還是照常呼吸啊?
我憋氣能夠舉起更大重量,但好像都說不要憋氣比較好?
然後是有氧跑步,有什麼呼吸訣竅嘛? 我都是兩吸一吐
試過不斷換氣,反而更累
