關於地瓜的一些問題 - 減肥

各位大大好
小弟目前正在減肥中
早餐都會吃條地瓜,大約200克,用蒸的
並用Myfitnesspal紀錄熱量
但我看地瓜的營養素每100克含糖28克左右(APP寫的)
小弟正在執行限糖飲食中,不太想吃進這麼多糖
想問地瓜真的含有這麼多糖嗎?
地瓜應該是減肥聖品吧?
