關於基礎代謝率 - 減肥

性別:女

體重:44
BMI:19.2
體脂率:24.1(生理期前)
三餐內容:
早餐:一顆茶葉蛋
午餐:一顆雜糧饅頭+水果一份
晚餐:青菜一大碟、幾口肉、水果一份
其他:下午肚子餓會吃些果乾(非常餓才會吃)
日常作息時間:目前為大學生,平日約11~12點睡覺,若是假日則大概1點左右
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:
每個禮拜會固定上一次50分鐘的有氧運動、一次40分鐘的飛輪課程、1~2次40分鐘的慢跑
我的問題:
從去年9月開始,直到今年2月共瘦了4kg,飲食方式只有在平日會這樣吃,假日則會恢復
正常的飲食,但還是不敢吃太多,遇到姐妹聚會、家人聚餐也還是會參加並且正常吃。而
從今年2月開始我的體重原本是43kg,但因爲放寒假,恢復了比較正常的飲食,而到2月底
時量體重變回了44kg,前兩個禮拜我又開始照著上述的菜單吃,有瘦到43kg,但前兩天假
日我又稍微放鬆正常吃,今天早上量又變44kg了,這1個多月以來,我的體重一直上上下
下,真的很灰心也很困擾...
請問這樣的狀況是因爲沒有吃到基礎代謝率嗎?如果是的話,我非常害怕一旦開始吃到基
礎代謝率,體重就會開始上升...
請問要如何解決目前這個情況呢?
還有,其實從去年8月開始我的經期就非常混亂,從2個月來一次,到現在不吃藥就不會來
,當下也沒想那麼多,但現在想說會不會是減肥造成的呢?
