您好, 我是這個板上的新手, 爬了幾篇文後爬來這
剛剛量了自己的體脂肪率也躍躍欲試這個公式
但卻怎麼算都不確定
或許請各位幫忙校正一下吧
我的算法:
Katch-McArdle Formula:
BMR = 370 + 21.6 * (100% - 體脂率) * 體重
BMR = 370 + 21.6 * (100% - 40%) * 100
= 370 + 21.6 * 0.6*100
= 370+ 1296
= 1666 卡
這是是否是正確算法呢?
體重單位: 公斤
