關於女生每個月一次來時的重訓問題 - 健身

查了一下文好像沒有找到相關說明,
所以想來發問。
我是在民生運動中心做的有氧+重訓,
因為沒有教練所以我都會很認真的先把重訓機器上的注意事項及怎麼使用給好好看一下,
有一條注意事項寫說女生每個月來的時候不要進行重訓。
我還滿好奇為什麼呢?
是因為這樣用力的拉扯會影響到那個來的狀況嗎?
還是只是單純的怕側漏......
因為原po是女的,現在也正好是親戚探訪期,
所以我也正在思考要不要先把重訓暫時休息一下。
