關於小重量槓片 - 健身

各位男女巨巨你們好
常常看很多訓練計畫裡面都會分幾%的1RM
假如臥推1RM是90kg 80%就是72kg
我相信幾乎很多的健身房最輕的槓片就是2.5
那這樣80%就只能做70或是75
做75感覺超負荷
做70又感覺低於訓練量
如果自己有1.25kg的槓片,可以到最接近的72.5
但是不知道哪裡會賣,也不知道值不值得
想請問各位巨巨都怎麼選擇?
或是哪裡有賣小重量的槓片可以自己帶到健身房
