減脂LCHF飲食 - 健身

小弟增肌了一段時間,覺得脂肪也增加了不少,線條也越來越不明顯,想說要開始減脂了
。
但是之前並無減脂經驗,想請問LCHF(高脂低碳)且不計熱量的飲食方法,和控制飲食,吃
少於基代的熱量,哪種能較盡量不減少肌肉量呢?另外減脂期還能照常重訓嗎? (知道
因個體差異有所不同,所以就....理論上來說)
目前幾乎天天重訓
185/87左右 體脂目測應該15%左右(肚子有點大)
附上一月初INBODY,身材不好不敢附照
