關於快走的問題? - 健身

前幾天看到新聞說走六千步可消秏200大卡
所以就去一圈400M的操場
我慢走的步伐走一圈約580步~600步左右
慢走一圈是6分鐘若快走是4.5分鐘
所以走十圈的話就是新聞所說的~已經消秏200大卡了嗎?
還有我不管走快還是走慢都有消秏到那麼多嗎?
請問這樣子的想法是對的嗎?
另外
在快走的時候~我會跨很大步去走
但這樣子讓我覺得小腿好像太用力~腳很不舒服
所以改走小步快走~感覺小腿比較舒服
但卻覺得屁屁那邊沒有什麼動到的感覺
覺得如果走小步的話是不是無法瘦到屁屁@@?
