關於慢跑 - 減肥

慢跑是不是有先天上的擅長與不擅長啊 ˊˋ
會這樣問是因為我從小就是跑步沒辦法跑很久的人
(但快走可以走很久)
今年五月多的時候為了減肥開始持續慢跑
一個禮拜約三到四次
從一開始只能持續跑四百公尺到現在大概可以跑一千公尺
我也常常看板上關於慢跑的討論
去修正姿勢上或呼吸上的習慣
(但沒人看我也不清楚改完是不是正確的XD
不過跑起來確實有感覺可以跑較久)
大部分需要停下來的原因是因為太喘
感覺胸部和喉嚨之間有東西擋著
可是我跑步的速度蠻慢的大概3km/30mins

而上個禮拜
我和一位沒有運動習慣的女性朋友一起跑步
他卻可以一次跑兩公里不用停下來
這讓我有點嚇到因為真的差很多QQ
想說是自己的問題
還是有人天生就比較擅長某些運動呢?
