基本資料
性別:女
年齡:30
身高:165
體重:57
BMI:21
體脂率:23
三餐內容
早餐:一杯約200C.C.的米漿加半碗穀片
午餐:大部分是半碗飯加3青菜1主菜(盡量不選炸的)
或是自己帶便當(約1碗多一點的炒飯,加1份青菜與1主菜)
有時也會定外食便當,整份嗑光光..
晚餐:大部分都是一個三明治解決 頂多再加一份水果
有時候嘴饞會去買個便當(白飯半碗加上3份青菜)
其他:大約2~3個星期會讓自己放鬆一下,吃個小火鍋慰勞自己
零食很少很少吃,喝水量一天約1500C.C.
(我是個怕餓的人,一餓就會火大,所以這樣的內容至少還沒讓我餓到)
日常作息時間:最晚1點睡,早上8點半以前會起床
生活型態:上班族
運動習慣:1個星期大約運動5天,重訓與有氧運動輪著做
通常是早上11點開始運動,12點梳洗,12點半就會吃中餐了
有氧運動通常是慢跑熱身10~15分鐘,速度8.5,接著去騎健身車30~40分鐘
我看健身車上的心跳表顯示都維持在160左右
重訓的話,也是先慢跑10~15分鐘,速度8.5,接著做30~40分鐘的重訓項目
至餘重訓內容就參考板上大大的內容加以調整
我的問題:自從2年前靠著去健身房上課,瘦了13公斤後,就一值維持再約53公斤,
當時的運動量是1星期去上個2天的拳擊有氧,就能維持住體重不復胖
但現在我改去公司內的健身房,運動量比以前多(2天變5天)
吃的也有克制,甚至比以前還少一點,但不知為何體重卻是直線上升?????
我原本以為是剛開始重新運動加上重訓,所以肌肉量增多,體重上升
但過了1個月,體重還是持續上升,今天已經來到57了(大驚!!!!!)
心想這樣下去不得了,所以才來這裡請教各位大大
到底我的運動方法或是飲食哪裡出了問題???
