關於晚上睡覺會被餓醒 - 美體

這是一個很令我困擾的問題
在減肥之前,晚餐都習慣吃飽飽的
然後幸福的去睡覺
現在開始減肥了之後
晚餐開始習慣吃少一點,或者早一點吃
等肚子有點餓的時候再再去睡覺
每天吃的東西也都有吃超過基代
問題就是
時常半夜三點四點五點左右
常會被餓醒到睡不著
餓醒起來之後就尷尬了
因為起床吃東西感覺就破功了
吃完再睡對腸胃也很不好
不吃,只喝流質的豆漿
結果就是眼睜睜的一直躺到天亮
自己的朋友們都說,餓著肚子還是是可以繼續睡
可是我都不行
不知道有沒有人也有一樣的困擾
