關於有氧運動 - 健身

我又來問問題了,這次是關於有氧。
我在健身房常使用的有氧運動器材,
大概有: 跑步機 登山機 划船機 腳踏車機
我要問的是:
1. 除了划船機之外,
其他的機器都可以測心跳(還被靜電電過)
做某一組有氧(20~30min)時,約70%的時間,以心跳130~150下/min 進行
可是我總覺喘的程度:
跑步> 登山 > 腳踏車
我該以客觀的數據為主? 還是主觀的感覺為主? 來做為心肺鍛鍊強度的依據
2. 以鍛鍊股四頭肌的肌耐力,應該上述的幾項都有。
可是關於股二頭肌的肌耐力鍛鍊,是否就得另外找機器鍛鍊? 亦或者沒差
3. 以划船機做有氧時(假設我姿勢沒錯下),
大概十幾分鐘後,下背部開始酸痛,是否有什麼地方可以調整?
4. 關於傷膝蓋的程度:
是不是 跑步> 登山> 腳踏車> 划船
有沒有什麼使用上要注意的其他事項
