我的問題: 關於跑步的時段與熱量消耗以及吸收的差異
我都有按時跑步 都用跑步機計時 且正確飲食
但跑步是晨跑效率比較高還是晚上呢?
晨跑完吃早餐是不是會加速且吸收更多而
比平常沒運動吃的早餐熱量吸收更多呢?
晚上跑完通常洗澡+喝一點舒跑+水稀釋
過後的水而已!
