我是一個筋非常硬的人
彎下去大概到膝蓋吧
之前去復健科檢查發現是大腿後側肌群太緊(hamstring muscle)
想請教版友大大們有沒有對這群頑固肌群的
好的"拉筋動作" and "拉筋方法"建議呢
我平常蠻忙的,大概只有在家中半小時時間吧> <
懇求板友高見m(_ _)m
如果版上已經有提到or另有其他板專門,也請提醒
