請問早餐喝流質的飲品可以嗎? - 健身

因為時間關係 沒有辦法等待買早餐或是吃餐的時間
所以最近常常喝ㄧ杯豆漿或比菲多之類的代替早餐
我想問的是 這樣子對健康或是體重有很大的影響嗎?
因為聽說不吃早餐更容易胖?
