這一個禮拜正值期末
與報告考試奮戰時期
這一個多禮拜以來運動量很少
一個禮拜2~3天而已(平常為5~6天)
結果因為太忙了
與教授MEETING或報告或是其它等等因素
常常有一餐沒一餐
結果...
一個多禮拜掉了3KG
今天去測身體組成
3 KG幾乎全都肌肉
請問這還有救嗎??
還是就是經驗值減少 等於要重練了?
有人有經驗的嗎??
