關於熱量赤字的問題 - 健身

各位好,小弟最近決心減重
已經過了兩個禮拜
體重目前從85->82
目前一星期1.2.4.5重訓
分別是一天上半身,一天下半身,只要重訓當天結束一定會用30分鐘有氧來做完結
然後休息一天
並且周末會去跑個步
目前問題是我的問題是熱量不夠,
我的身高170,體重82
BMR是1772 TDEE是2746
依照減脂TDEE直接減300
我的熱量應該要攝取到2446
但我每日平均熱量只攝取了1200~1600
我的疑惑是,依照我的每日菜單顯示
我的營養應該是夠的
但唯一美中不足是熱量不夠多
想請問一下,如果熱量一直沒上去會因此流失蛋白質、肌肉嗎?
有什麼推薦的高熱量原型食物呢?
目前看到的是堅果棒,小小一個熱量十足
還懇請各位解答,謝謝
