小弟在營養計算上有些問題請教,比如說雞腿每100克蛋白質20脂肪13(生雞腿未經烹調
)但在經過烹飪後像是乾煎把油脂煎出來,那脂肪還是13克嗎,假如我一天之40克的脂肪
那不就說我吃300克的雞腿就快爆了?
