小弟開始瘦身是今年的一月
因為一度胖到93公斤
後來透過每天慢跑5公里跟游泳
八月左右降到73公斤
現在也維持著,可是肚皮似乎鬆垮,可以請前輩給我一點建議嗎http://i.imgur.com/nKbl0xF.jpg
