關於線條 - 健身

我因為本身比較瘦
然後我有想要有腹肌
所以我就拼命練仰臥起坐
當我練完三四個月後
我發覺我的線跳有變明顯
只是
我不知道怎麼把它練的好看
還有我想讓肩膀變厚實
請問一下我持續做伏地挺身有用嗎?
