請想問一下
如果說本身還算有點肉,去參加學校校隊(球隊)的寒訓
運動量很大,一天幾乎都要運動5個小時多,持續快一個月
這樣能夠練出苗條的身材嗎?
怎麼感覺自己腿阿 手臂阿都變的比較結實(但是還是一樣粗耶!!)
我在想,是不是應該先做些有氧運動讓自己慢慢瘦下來再練肌肉比較好?
練成肌肉會不會反而瘦不了~~~手腿都還是粗的???
