關於練胸肌.. - 健身

我是個新手
大約持續練了幾個禮拜而已
目前遇到了幾個問題
麻煩各位前輩賜教 感謝!
我啞鈴還沒有到貨
我拿了兩罐1500ml的大瓶礦泉水來當啞鈴練習
躺在床上用棉被墊高做了 上斜啞鈴臥推 和 上斜啞鈴飛鳥
但是我遇到一個問題就是...
我沒有辦法感受到胸肌在出力
而我的手卻酸的要死...
尤其在做上斜啞鈴飛鳥 手往下放的時候我的手更酸
反而我用健美輪在練腹部
隔天 手臂、胸、腹部 都會有酸痛的感覺
而手最嚴重...只要往上舉就會酸
是不是剛開始練都會有狀況呢?
