有GOOGLE一下姿勢跑法
應該是說前腳掌要先著地吧
因為現在工作的關係
所以大概一個禮拜運動流汗一下而已
大約跑400操場第六跑道4圈
(前一份工作時是跑8圈一禮拜兩三次)
今天想說試一下
看能不能改善以往跑步容易累/跑到後來覺得膝蓋卡卡的
仔細想想之前似乎是後腳掌部分先著地
結果跑下去整個囧掉
小腿前面兩側肌肉莫名的酸阿!!!(像拉筋那種酸)
我的極限撐一圈就停了...
今天總共跑一走一共14圈
因為太酸所以走一完之後有時候會在旁邊休息一下
請問這是代表我姿勢錯誤嗎?
還是說跟我扁平足有一些關係?
