因為是學生
所以會騎Ubike
往返台大醫院到世貿101
(延捷運紅線騎)
一開始都是調3,然後控制30分鐘內
(想說省錢兼減肥)
但是後來上網查了一些資料
想請問自己的結論有否下錯
要燃脂是要提高和維持轉速嗎?
應該騎輕一點,但是騎快一點嗎?
(我騎3和2時間其實差不多
但是感覺有些車的2蠻重的)
另外,想問單速腳踏車
在臺北有適合的路線嗎?
我有去bicycle版找路線
但是感覺都是變速車的路線
騎單速車不是潮,而是家裡就有了
