有個問題想和各位前輩請教一下
我個人開始練習重訓大概半年的時間
這一個多月才開始練習蹲舉
目前所能做的程度大概是160kg 15下
每次都做到大腿和地板平行
因為我大概都是看著別人的練習方式學習而沒有教練指導
能否請問就是如果想要再將重量增加的話
有沒有什麼特別要注意的地方以避免受傷的情形
