是這樣子的
我今年22歲
身高160
體重在54~58之間跑來跑去
我騎x-bike將近一年了
之前一直維持在強度3 時速約28~31之間
這樣子心跳才能維持在130~150
也從原本的62公斤降到現在這樣
大約三個月前我的膝蓋受傷
是輕微的髕骨軟骨軟化症
膝蓋骨有點位移
醫生是說騎車沒關係
但是要低重量高轉速
所以我將阻力調成2 時速調整為31~35
心跳才能夠到130
時間從10分鐘
到了做復建約兩個月後現在慢慢可以將時間拉長到30分鐘
但是我媽媽每次看我那樣踩踩踩好像腳要動的很快
就會問說為什麼要踩那麼快
慢慢踩就好了
不然髖骨會受傷(他覺得腳在那裏轉轉轉髖骨會一直磨損)
他的慢慢踩是真的很慢慢踩
我有試過他能接受的速度
心跳大概只有80~90
這樣子並不算是有氧吧?
我的家人們都不懂為什麼心跳要到130
說只要有動慢慢動就好
不需要管他什麼有氧部有氧的
我不知道該怎麼向他們解釋
我媽是說根本不用管什麼333
他很不信那一套
我現在在騎x-bike的時候他們都會一直說不要騎那麼快
不知道有沒有人也有遇到相同的情況呢?
