昨天跟閃光輪流踩健身車,想說一起減肥
結果在踩完後閃光就要去開電風扇冷氣
他說,風會將汗水蒸發掉,帶走更多熱
我說,讓身體太快冷卻下來,不就不會燃燒熱量了嗎?
總覺得我們公說公有理.婆說婆有理,番了好久.....
所以上來問大家的意見
到底在運動時,還有運動後,周圍的溫度是要高一點好還是低一點好呢?
