關於酸痛感 - 健身

之前第一次練三頭 還有蹲舉
隔天都會感覺三頭在痛 腿在痛
但是最近再練的時候 感覺量都比之前還多了
三頭也有充血的感覺 因為是新手 我蹲舉就只做40kg*10下約7~8set
但是隔天起來怎嚜感覺三頭不會酸痛 腳也沒什麼感覺?
三頭是完全沒感覺 腳是非常輕微的感覺 幾乎沒有
是否我訓練錯誤? 或是正常?
