關於雞蛋的Macro - 健身

想請教各位巨巨:
大家都是把雞蛋當成是蛋白質的來源,
而一顆雞蛋的營養成份約含6~7克蛋白質、5.5克脂肪……
在計算Macro時,6~7克蛋白質要算入,
而相差不多的5.5克脂肪有要算入脂肪項內嗎?
例如如果有一餐要吃進26克蛋白+13g脂肪,
那吃進四顆蛋後,還要額外再加一匙橄欖油嗎?
