台灣現在滾筒課程到處在開 到處賣
但是上課的內容參差不齊 老師水準差異也很大
更重要的是完全沒有人提出他的科學根據(有的話請告訴我)
雖然有一點過時 但是想跟板上巨巨分享最近發現的好文
是2013年的一篇研究
而且是第一篇值得信賴嚴謹的研究
這一篇的對象是男性 超過三年以上肌肉力量訓練的經驗
執行動作是槓鈴深蹲 1RM 60% 10*10 組間休息兩分鐘
根本是操爆人的菜單阿
比較有用滾筒跟沒用滾筒
在運動後 後24hr 後48hr
使用滾筒能夠顯著降低疼痛與酸痛感
肌力的恢復也比較快

什麼 你說他都只給你熱敷電療不會好
那是健保跟醫療法造成的 沒有加上運動處方當然不會好
