健身到現在也兩年了,前陣子收到健檢報告,比對了一下兩年前跟兩年後
體重只差1公斤,體脂差1%,但腰圍卻小了18cm(現在是61cm)
關於體脂率到底要不要信,我也是充滿問號,因為醫院帶來的體脂計很小台頗陽春,雖然
有手把
且我久久量一次體脂所以這數據就暫時放一邊
對於腰圍我覺得很驚訝,少了18cm但體重卻只少一公斤...
雖然大家都說不要有體重迷思,但是對於體重的紋風不動還是覺得很不理解啊啊啊~~
大家的體重也是這樣幾乎毫無變化嗎?
