降重量訓練還是? - 健身

各位版大好,小弟第一次發文請教,有問題還請指正
健身了一陣子了,想問一下各位大大
我不管練胸背腿都是用降重量的方式,例如啞鈴臥推四組
15kg 9下休息40sec
13.75kg 9~10,下休息40sec
12.5 kg 9~10下休息40sec
11.25kg 9~10下
都會做到力竭
但是我看到很多版大訓練是30kg 10下四組(舉例),我會降重量是因為知道15kg第二組推
不到8下以上..想請教是不是都應該要維持一樣的重量做四組?
可是到後面肌肉不是會痠嗎?怎麼還能做到一樣次數?
都是在家練沒人帶,有錯誤觀念還請各位版大指正,小弟臥推還沒辦法推很重..

題外話問一下,我練胸順序是
平躺臥推/平躺飛鳥/上斜臥推/飛鳥/下斜臥推/雙槓稱體
但是我剛開始在平躺臥推都會變成前三角先痠,但是在飛鳥或是上斜下斜雙槓都能完全感
受胸沒力,手倒是還好..不清楚是哪裡不對?
不過我練完胸部,再回去試試平躺臥推又能完全感受胸部出力到力竭,手沒什麼感覺,好
幾次練胸的時候都是這樣,不知道問題在哪..
