我目前有在健身房運動(女)
常做的是 body step, body pump跟瑜珈
上禮拜去診所檢查 因為我會膝蓋痛 尤其是跑步
醫生說關節接合的地方有些磨損
必須休息幾個禮拜
可是我很想瘦 尤其是下半身大腿跟屁股一帶
大腿外側好明顯凸兩塊 穿長褲超醜的...= =
醫生是說球類運動 慢跑都盡量不要再做了
看來對膝蓋衝擊比較大的body step目前也得暫時停掉
請問一下除了游泳之外還有其他能瘦的有氧運動嗎??
(最近游泳完手跟腳都會起疹子 所以目前不會考慮= =)
另外像body pump, 瑜珈可以繼續做嗎??
