各位前輩好,我一直有個問題
請問練完隔天那個部位要酸才算是訓練有到位嗎
最近一個月我在家裡練槓鈴臥推時,當下是有感覺胸緊緊的但沒到痛
跟我以前在健身房用蝴蝶機做完的感覺不太一樣
當時做完胸部痠痛到只要在多出點力可能都會抽筋的狀況
請問這樣是我的姿勢不對的問題嗎
還是出力點的冥想不夠
