我想要在2011/8/29瘦回來,我在家休息了半年多,原本不胖的我,臉漸漸圓了,肚子有小游泳圈了,身體就是多了很多贅肉許久不見的朋友看見,都笑說我變胖了所以我想減回來,順便練出腹肌,當然腹肌可以慢慢來我主要希望我可以在今年8/29瘦回來,瘦臉...瘦肚子...瘦大腿...等等我希望大家能提供我最有效的方法我在家能喝的就是水,優酪乳檸檬果汁那些不可能的(爸媽都不願意花這種錢)多苦我都能熬如果有減肥達人,可以的話幫我安排"減肥時間"跟"休息時間"該做什麼運動,哪哮時候該注意什麼,直到8/29我天天在家都是有空了所以一整天下來的減肥時間安排,拜託了用一個月多的時間幫助我,真的拜託了
