需要燕麥或乳清補充蛋白質? - 健身

我三個月前身高/體重、體脂肪率分別是176/87、28%。是個不折不扣的大肥宅。
現在自體在家重訓達到175/80、23%(QQ不知何故越練越矮)。我發覺體脂肪降不太下來了,我知道應是我蛋白質吃不夠多。
雖然平常一天大約4顆蛋,早上兩顆水煮蛋,中午一根雞腿加一大把青菜,晚餐大都只有碳水化合物加蛋(外食很難搞到好的雞肉或魚肉)。總之蛋白質是壓倒性的不夠!!
那麼我應該選擇燕麥或乳清之類的補充蛋白質來源嗎?
哪個會比較好?
我希望在早餐吃燕麥或乳清,把蛋留到中午吃,這樣觀念正確嗎?
