運動造成的熱量赤字該怎麼補 - 健身

小弟上個月開始增重
目前一個月已從原本的63KG增加到目前66-67KG
我是用APP來記算飲食的熱量。
APP幫我規劃沒運動的話一天要吃的總熱量是2783大卡
其中 碳水348G、蛋白質139G、脂肪93G
如果沒運動的話一天飲時量勉勉強強可以達標
不過如果一運動的話。在扣掉運動消耗掉的熱量
一整天要吃的熱量有時都會增加到4千多大卡才夠....

問題我已經早、中、下午、晚、消夜這樣吃了也還是不夠...
我又不想吃高油高脂的垃圾食物衝熱量...
請問有什麼比較好的方式來解決運動造成過大的熱量缺口這問題嗎?
而且常常是碳水差最多ORZ
