身高/體重: 158/57
肌肉重: 43.2
骨骼肌重: 25.2 (這跟肌肉重有什麼不一樣?)
體脂肪重: 11.2
身體總水重: 33.6
BMI: 22.8
體脂率: 19.7%
我外表看起來會被認為是瘦的,側面看起來很薄,但體重數字卻有點驚人
不知道看這個數據,這個體重是合理的嗎
順便一提,我雖然不高但以女生來說我全身骨頭都偏粗(有被很多人認證過)
我平常沒有在量體重覺得體態看起來OK就好
但偶爾被迫要量的時候看到怎麼這麼重還是會一點阿雜
*** 我想表達的是,看這個身體組合,體重是合理的嗎.....有這麼難理解嗎
