非健身日的飯後無糖茶飲選擇~ - 健身

最近下定決心辦了健身房會員
看了各式各樣的器材後決定要先從飛輪和滑步機開始
先把腿部多餘脂肪減掉,再慢慢結實肌肉群
除此之外,我還想找在健身日之外可以和三餐搭配的無糖飲料(水有喝,一天約2200c.c)
目前有在考慮的是双健茶王的紅茶
不單單只有去油功能,另外有減緩糖份吸收
因為之前在新聞有看到類似報導提到說飯後30分鐘,胃會開始進行消化作用
吃進去的食物會開始變糖份,使血糖上升
所以應該趁這時候多動一動,減緩糖份被脂肪吸收
那除了多動一動消化外,喝這樣的去糖茶是不是也能把糖份去除呢?
版上的各位除了運動塑身喝大量水之外,會另外喝茶飲嗎?
