靠下半身運動導致下半身變粗了(冏) - 美體

因為知道333定律~所以我蠻固定一個禮拜去跑個3天步(快走10分鐘+跑步10分鐘)。
如果偷懶沒去跑步,就一定會在家裡踩腳踏機15分鐘。
運動量好像沒有很大,但因為我很喜歡走路,下半身肌肉蠻發達的,
所以為了兼具瘦身跟不要練肌肉,我的運動都是大概30分鐘,然後以有流汗為原則。
(註:我是那種很不會流汗,即使激烈運動,心跳也會很快恢復到一般速度。
所以我一定做的是下半身運動,這是唯一一個會讓我心跳130的運動。)
運動完後我都會做一系列的伸展運動,或是按摩大小腿到他軟趴趴為止。
結果今天拿褲子穿的時候,居然比以前還緊...(體重沒上升)
整個心裡很挫折...已經不知道到底還該不該運動下去了...
請問各位大大~有沒有甚麼方法可以救救我阿...
(之前去中醫那量下半身肌肉率,45%<-如果我沒記錯,很恐怖)
