靠喝水,每天順利便便 - 健身

年初和朋友聊天中,發現原來我身邊瘦子朋友都是天天固定大便,
早起大便或是洗澡前大便,總之就是會有個固定的時間,
讓我這個兩三天才大一次的人才驚覺,原來我是不正常的!!
一開始我嘗試天天喝優酪乳喝無糖豆漿,
早餐吃地瓜,偶爾來個酵素飲品。
結果,
我不是肚子絞痛狂拉,不然就是一樣兩三天大一次而已,
完全沒特別有效.....一度以為自己的腸胃是鐵打造的= =.....
(最高紀錄還四天大一次,肚子感覺隨時可以挖出一堆便便小孩)
從四月份開始,開始強迫自己每天都要喝足2000ml的水,
在辦公室放了一大罐2000ml的水瓶,
只要想到看到就會拿起來喝,
自然而然在下班前就喝到2000ml的水量,
其中還不包括喝湯或喝咖啡,
結果,
我開始每天都一定會順利大一次,
會在大概固定的時間跑廁所(下午或者晚上9-10點)
原來最有用的還是要多喝水阿~~~

五月有時候會偷懶沒有喝足2000ml,就又開始不順利-____-
恢復水量後又開始乖乖順利便便了!
大家記得沒便便多喝水,有便便還是要喝水喔XD
