之前有每天快走的習慣一年多
一直以為快走就夠了
沒想到去爬個小山就快斷氣XDDD
深深覺得年輕人體力不能那麼差所以加入了有氧
一星期大概兩次的飛輪
兩三個月後再去爬更累一點的山也都很順
連爬樓梯都可以爬30樓不會跪下好神奇啊
但是
最近上了一堂拳擊有氧
......根本上氣不接下氣XDD
一開始動作都跟不上
現在除了難一點的跳踢之類的,其他動作沒什麼大問題
但是跳了幾首歌以後我覺得身體漸漸遲緩
動作無法維持標準了,完全東倒西歪XDD
可是教練還是好靈活啊
平常我可以再做些什麼
讓我可以在跳拳擊有氧的時候也一樣靈活跟耐久嗎?
