基本資料
性別:女
年齡:26
身高:164
體重:54
BMI:20
體脂率:家裡量(體重機)28%左右 診所量(腳踩部分+雙手握把)30%左右
參考照片:很想拍但只有底片機
前幾周53.2公斤時覺得鏡子裡的體型有比較好@@但有擔心是不是沒消到肥肉
三餐內容(大概列幾種組合...吃哪種看當時狀況)
早餐:前兩周都是
A.茶葉蛋+AB低脂優酪乳
最近幾天較不忌口(例:mos蛋堡一份、7-11野菜義大利麵)
B.有加美乃滋的蘆筍手捲
C.有一塊炸雞的沙拉+無糖薏仁漿
午餐:A.上班時自己做便當,燙青菜+2/3盒的飯+隨意作的小菜
B.訂便當吃一半
C.沙拉+帶便當(剩菜金瓜米粉之類的)
D.越南春捲(生菜、香菜、水煮肉和蝦、米線、沾酸甜醬或包美乃滋的種類)
E.一坨寬粉絲佐醬油與辣椒醬(內含辣油)配上燙萵苣等葉菜類
晚餐:通常不吃澱粉。
A.這幾天吃了烤雞一小碟+燙青菜
B.薄片煎魚+燙蘆筍、(烤or燙)小顆牛番茄
C.清湯關東煮 蘿蔔、燙兩樣菜、高麗菜捲等
D.自製無糖全脂優格佐蜂蜜
其他:含糖飲料一周兩杯左右
A.熱紅茶+一包糖包
B.含糖冰紅茶
C.橘*工*的無糖水果茶(有水果甜味)
前兩周禁食一切麵食
日常作息時間:7點起床、18點15返家,約11~12點就寢
生活型態:上班族
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
普通的帶狗散步或自己亂走(30min~60min)
這禮拜開始游泳(蛙式)
每次約連續游1500m多,心跳數...不知
希望漸漸增加到2000m 3000m >.<
(ps.本人有僵直性脊椎炎好發四肢關節、幾年前嘗試過有氧+啞鈴操+瑜珈的課程
膝蓋就不是很舒服)
我的問題: 應該是沒有養成運動習慣,故體脂肪相當高?
前兩周又吃過少,這幾天放假又亂吃,像是
今天中午就吃了乾拌泡麵+自己煮蔬菜湯。
一直覺得自己的小腹很頑強,
遙想以前年輕,48公斤才感覺小腹有平坦...
大致上是這樣^^ 如果板友願意給予建議就太感謝了 (u_u)
