三餐內容
早餐:360cc溫開水 + 一顆黑糖饅頭 + 一瓶統一無糖豆漿
午餐:(學校四菜一湯的營養午餐)
一碗飯 + 一碗青菜 + 二碗其他的菜
晚餐:(母親準備的清淡晚餐)
2/3碗飯 + 一大盤青菜(約3~5碗) + 一碗的魚或肉
其他:
1.因體質易長痘痘,所以完全不吃油炸類食物或奶茶類飲品
至於餅乾糖果等零嘴也很少吃
2.非常喜歡吃蔬菜,所以晚餐的蔬菜量非常大
如果當天蔬菜量不夠,會以芭樂或蘋果做補充
3.一星期會有兩三天暴食,就一直很想吃東西
都是清淡的食物:饅頭(多吃1~3顆)/水果(芭樂或蘋果)吃到撐/中晚餐吃到撐
4.飲水量約1500
日常作息時間:晚上十二點睡,早上六點起床
生活型態:教師
運動習慣:
從今年一月三日開始下班後跑跑步機,平均一星期四~五天
如果一星期未達四天,假日會去爬山兩小時
一月:只能快走,四十分鐘,速度6.0-6.4
二月:快走和慢跑,四十五分鐘
快走十五分鐘,速度6.2-6.6
慢跑三十分鐘,速度6.6-6.8
三月:快走和慢跑,四十五分鐘,心跳130-145
快走十分鐘,速度6.4-6.6
慢跑三十五分鐘,速度7.0-7.2
我的問題:
以前學生時代,每次體適能八百公尺測驗總是跑最後一名,痛恨死慢跑了!
這三個月以來,每天到學校的簡易健身房報到已成了習慣
現在竟然很享受跑完步滿身大汗的感覺!
運動後的我不僅體力變好,抵抗力也明顯增強許多
尤其是大腿外側多出來的肉慢慢縮小了,這應該值得開心啊?!
但看到不降反升的體重(61->64),真的很令人灰心!
雖然不斷的催眠自己:不要在意體重,運動是為了健康!
但怎可能不在意呢,騙肖!
拜讀了版上各位的分享,了解一開始運動會變胖的道理
但是運動將進入第四個月,體重還會繼續增加嗎?
是不是飲食過量?還是運動量不夠?
煩請各位為我解答了,謝謝!
不過,我不會放棄,會繼續跑下去的!
