額外上了幾堂拳擊課 - 健身

之前有上過教練課一陣子,
後來因個人因素休養了一段時間,
最近又買了健身工廠的教練課想重新開始運動,
有教練帶著,蠻快就上軌道了,後來發現教練有在上拳擊課,
聽說很舒壓又燃脂,所以買了幾堂試試看一對一拳擊課聽起來很硬,
但其實可以根據自己想要的目標和教練溝通訓練內容和強度。
拳擊又比其他類型的有氧能用到更多身上的肌肉。
原本以為打拳手臂力量是主要的,沒想到是肩膀和背,背肌的力量會影響出收拳的速度,
所以第一堂整個課程上下來,真的累到掛,從肩膀痠到背肌,
尤其是斜方肌的地方超級酸!!
教練說是因為姿勢不佳,不自覺聳肩的關係,
明明沒負重卻覺得像練了好幾組引體向上,
強度對已經一陣子沒運動的我來說真的很夠…
然後拳擊課的最大附加好處就是,舒壓。
把面前想像成OOXX客戶,下班來打個一場,真的爽!
