各位巨巨好
小弟健身新手
最近有考慮買教練課
但因為預算考量可能只會買12堂加辦會籍買的2堂總共14堂
目標是希望增肌減脂雕塑體態
這樣的堂數應該是沒辦法上完自由重量六大項目
所以可能會以機械式為主
但又覺得14堂都拿來上機械式有點浪費
所以考慮一部分課數拿來學一兩項自由
想請問巨巨們課堂數怎麼分配會比較適合?

目前不成熟的想法是花一點時間了解器材,然後不練完六項只專注在三項健力上
