這是我在一本色彩學的書上看到的
關於用顏色來控制食慾,降低嘴饞而進食的機會
書中提及在飯前看看「靛色」的東西,或是房間的佈置以藍色為主
都可以有效降低食慾
搭配上良好的飲食習慣,例如少吃多動、戒掉油炸食物
選擇高營養低熱量的餐點,更能有助於減肥
另一篇是關於「便秘」
如果有這種困擾,建議可以多看「黃色」的顏色
或是在上廁所前看著黃色約30秒,能有效的產生便意
以上兩個跟大家分享,但書中也提到,成效因人而異
有人採用上述方式在一個月瘦了四公斤(沒記錯的話)
但也有人覺得無效,一個月僅瘦了0.5公斤
