瘦身出現困擾 - 美體

上班之後,一天幾乎是十個小時都坐在辦公室裡面,
辦公室的姐姐們手藝都很好,所以常常被餵一些甜點之類的..
上班快要一年,我胖了兩三公斤,
十二月中旬,我開始每天晚上都做仰臥起坐,一開始先做三十個,
最近已經增加到八十個,
也會做伏地挺身,但是膝蓋是跪著~也不敢做太多,最多三十個!
之後會空踩腳踏車、搭配瑜珈和拉丁舞的伸展運動等等..
洗澡完之後,一般擦乳液也會按摩,最近體脂肪有變少~大小腿也有變小!
但是現在問題出現,我這個月的月事已經晚了兩個星期了..
我不是聖母瑪利亞,所以不可能會出現無性生殖的狀況~
這樣就算了,我發現我有發福的感覺,下肢水腫,衣服也變小的感覺..
體脂肪下降,是表示體內的脂肪都變成肌肉嗎?
因為其實我只有體脂肪下降,體重又升高!
月事又不來,做運動的挫敗感很重!
我有請問護士的同事,她跟我說可以壓三陰交的穴道..
我左右側的三陰交是碰到就會痛,是不是我真的生病了?
